House Lights installer program

Install permanent lights? Stay in front of every customer after the job is done. Installers in the House Lights program get their own QR code to hand to each homeowner. When the homeowner scans it in the House Lights app, your company shows up right where they control their lights.

What your customers see

• Your logo on their house. It sits in the corner of the live picture of their home in the app.
• One-tap contact. Call, text, email or visit your website from the My installer page.
• Report a problem. Starts a text or email to you with their controller’s details already filled in, so you can help faster.
• Your note. Warranty or service details, like “5-year warranty on lights and wiring.”

How it works

1. Join the program. It’s a monthly subscription, billed by TechSystems23.
2. We send you your QR code as a printable sticker and an image. Put it inside the controller box lid and on your invoice.
3. Help each homeowner install House Lights and scan your code (More → My installer → Scan).
4. Your details stay in your customers’ apps for as long as your membership is active.

Codes are digitally signed by TechSystems23, so only program members’ codes work in the app. If a membership ends, that installer’s logo and contact details are hidden in their customers’ apps.
